Thinking of getting your house built. The fill in the form and our team will get back to you. Before getting your Bill of Quantity (BOQ), there is a short process involved that has to be followed.

1. Our team has to visit your land or home to assess what need to be done. We call this a site visit, on this we will be assess soil type, the terrain of the ground and this will be at cost.
2. After the site visit, our team will sit down to make your Bill of Quantity. The administration fee for doing the Bill of Quantity (BOQ) is currently $25.
3. After the Bill of Quantity is done, it will be sent to you in full. On approval, we will draft s contract and begin work on your project.
